Refund Policy
We have a 30 day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return & refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.
To start a return, please contact us at info@shedah.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will NOT be accepted. The terms and conditions of our returns are as follows:
- The shipping fee is non-refundable.
- If the buyer provides the wrong address, then the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Any problems faced with shipment, will be fully covered by us.
- If there is a mistake with the order from our side (i.e. wrong items sent / damaged items), we will cover the fee to fix the issue. We might either send a replacement or offer a partial refund to cover any inconvenience that you might have faced.
- If there is no problem with your order and you want to return it, the buyer will be liable to pay the return shipping fee.

Damages
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately certain types of products can not be returned, these include:
- Perishable goods - such as food, flowers, or plants
- Custom products - Such as special or personalized items
- Personal care goods - such as beauty products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gasses
- Sale items and gift cards

Cancelation
Each order's cancellation window is dependent on if we have begun the process of fulfilling the order. If you need to change an address or cancel an order please contact customer service as soon as possible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to process your exchange is to make a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.
Refunds
We will notify you by email once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method, please allow up to 5 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
